Mom's Place Bed and Breakfast

$115 (Clematis Suite) or $125 a night for two guests
$15 for each additional guest
$10 extra for two people using two beds
Children under 5 free
*plus 11% tax

Cancellation Policy:
In the event you need to cancel your reservations, there will be no charge until 7 days prior to your stay. If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, you will be responsible for the full amount unless I am able to rebook all nights of your reservation.
Graduation weekends — you are responsible for the full amount after April 1.
